terms of service

1. Agreement to These Terms

By requesting, booking, paying for, or using any service from Da Nang Relocation Concierge Service, the client agrees to these Terms of Service. These terms are intended to set clear expectations on scope, fees, responsibilities, privacy, cancellations, and dispute handling. The service is a relocation support and coordination service, not a law firm, immigration agency, licensed real estate brokerage, insurer, bank, or government authority.

2. Scope of Services

Da Nang Relocation Concierge Service provides practical relocation support that may include general guidance, local orientation, introductions, appointment coordination, translation assistance, document support, housing search assistance, school or neighborhood research, transportation coordination, utility setup support, and other agreed concierge tasks. Concierge-style service agreements commonly define the service by listing examples while making clear that availability, capacity, and third-party cooperation affect delivery.

Services are limited to the specific package, proposal, invoice, or written message accepted by the client. Any service not expressly included is outside scope and may require a separate quote or add-on fee.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

Da Nang Relocation Concierge Service will use reasonable efforts to assist the client, but does not guarantee any specific outcome, including visa approval, residency eligibility, apartment approval, school admission, job placement, banking approval, government processing time, internet installation timing, or third-party availability. Vietnamese consumer law requires accurate and adequate information and prohibits misleading representations, so all services are provided on a best-efforts basis only.

4. Third-Party Providers

Many relocation tasks involve third parties such as landlords, property managers, visa agents, translators, movers, schools, hospitals, insurance providers, banks, carriers, and government offices. Sample concierge clauses commonly state that third-party services may be arranged in the client’s name and that the concierge provider is not responsible for the quality, acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or pricing changes of those third parties.

The client understands that any separate contract, payment, deposit, or legal relationship with a third party is between the client and that third party unless otherwise stated in writing. Da Nang Relocation Concierge Service may assist with introductions and coordination, but does not warrant third-party performance.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and timely information, documents, and instructions. Vietnamese consumer law recognizes that consumers bear responsibility for inaccurate or incomplete information they provide in relation to transactions, and that traders may rely on information supplied by consumers when performing services.

The client is responsible for:

  • Reviewing documents, invoices, leases, forms, and bookings before signing or paying.

  • Confirming all passport, visa, health, customs, tax, and legal requirements applicable to their situation.

  • Attending appointments on time and acting respectfully with staff, partners, and authorities.

  • Maintaining valid insurance, where appropriate, for travel, health, property, and liability.

  • Making payments to third parties when due.

6. Fees and Payment

Fees are based on the service package, custom quote, or hourly/project arrangement provided to the client in writing. Payment terms, due dates, expenses, and any required deposits should be stated on the invoice, proposal, or booking confirmation because Vietnamese consumer law requires traders to provide accurate information about service details, price components, payment method, and delivery terms.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Service fees are non-refundable once the work has started.

  • Deposits reserve time and availability and may be non-refundable.

  • Third-party costs, government fees, courier charges, transportation, translation, and out-of-pocket expenses are separate from service fees.

  • Late payments may pause ongoing work.

7. Changes, Delays, and Force Majeure

Timelines are estimates only. Delivery may be affected by client delays, public holidays, weather, system outages, document issues, market conditions, government processing, transportation disruption, or third-party scheduling. Vietnamese law on consumer contracts contemplates force majeure clauses and clear notice of service timing and methods in standard-form contracts.

Da Nang Relocation Concierge Service is not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural disaster, flood, fire, epidemic, war, civil unrest, power outage, internet outage, transport interruption, or government action.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

The client may cancel a booked service by written notice. General concierge service terms commonly specify cancellation rules, notice requirements, fees, and limited refunds depending on whether work has already begun.

Unless a different written policy applies to a specific package:

  • If cancellation occurs before work starts, paid amounts may be refunded minus any non-recoverable costs, payment processing fees, and reserved-time fee.

  • If cancellation occurs after work starts, the client will pay for work already performed, time already reserved, and any committed third-party expenses.

  • No refund is available for completed services, attended consultations, or costs already paid to third parties, except where required by law.

9. Privacy and Personal Information

Da Nang Relocation Concierge Service may collect personal information needed to deliver services, including contact details, passport or identity information, visa-related details, addresses, preferences, family information, and transaction records. Under Vietnam’s Law on Protection of Consumer Rights 2023, traders collecting, storing, or using consumer information must disclose the purpose, scope, storage period, and protection measures, obtain consent where required, and protect information security.

Personal information will be used only for service delivery, communication, invoicing, recordkeeping, and related support purposes, unless the client separately consents to another use. Information may be shared with third-party providers only to the extent reasonably necessary to perform the requested services or as required by law.

The client may request access to, correction of, update of, deletion of, or restriction on transfer of personal information, subject to legal and operational limits. Da Nang Relocation Concierge Service will take reasonable measures to protect client data, but no digital system can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. Communications and Consent

The client consents to communications by email, messaging apps, phone, and other agreed channels for scheduling, updates, service coordination, and invoices. The client should notify the service promptly if contact details change or if a communication method should no longer be used.

11. Independent Decisions and Professional Advice

All final decisions remain with the client. Information provided by Da Nang Relocation Concierge Service is practical guidance and coordination support only and should not be treated as legal, tax, investment, medical, insurance, or immigration advice unless separately provided by a properly licensed professional. Vietnamese consumer law prohibits misleading statements about services and also allows consumers to seek compensation where services fail to match what was agreed, advertised, or declared, so any specialized advice should be confirmed independently before the client relies on it.

12. Housing and Property Assistance Disclaimer

Any housing support is limited to search assistance, introductions, scheduling, translation help, neighborhood guidance, and practical move-in coordination unless otherwise agreed in writing. Da Nang Relocation Concierge Service does not own, manage, or control listed properties and does not guarantee rental price, landlord honesty, property condition, legal compliance, habitability, future maintenance, or return of deposits. The client must independently inspect the property, review the lease, and confirm all terms before signing or paying.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Da Nang Relocation Concierge Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, missed opportunities, emotional distress, travel disruption, or losses arising from acts or omissions of third parties. Concierge agreement samples often include limits on liability and clear exclusion of responsibility for third-party services, but Vietnam’s consumer law prohibits terms that unlawfully exclude or limit trader liability or prevent consumer complaints and lawsuits.lawinsider+1

Accordingly, nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. If liability is established, the total liability of Da Nang Relocation Concierge Service for a claim arising out of a specific paid service will not exceed the amount of service fees actually paid by the client for that specific service, except where a higher amount is required by law.

14. Complaint Handling

Clients with a concern should first send a written complaint describing the issue, relevant dates, and supporting documents. Vietnam’s consumer protection framework gives consumers the right to complain, seek dispute resolution, and request compensation where legally justified, and it also requires traders to provide clear contract terms and protect consumer rights in a fair and transparent way.apolatlegal

Da Nang Relocation Concierge Service will make reasonable efforts to review and respond within a reasonable time. Both sides agree to try in good faith to resolve the issue informally before starting court or other formal proceedings.

15. Termination

Da Nang Relocation Concierge Service may suspend or terminate services if the client fails to pay, provides false or misleading information, behaves abusively, requests unlawful acts, or creates a safety or reputational risk. The client remains responsible for fees, expenses, and third-party commitments incurred up to the termination date.24178698.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1+1

The client may terminate services at any time by written notice, subject to the cancellation and refund terms above.

16. Governing Language and Interpretation

These terms should be made available in clear language. Vietnam’s Law on Protection of Consumer Rights 2023 states that written consumer contracts and standard form terms must be clear and coherent, that Vietnamese is the governing language unless another language is agreed, and that any discrepancy should be interpreted in the manner more favorable to the consumer.

If these terms are provided in both English and Vietnamese, the parties may specify which version controls, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules under Vietnamese law.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam unless another mandatory law applies. Any dispute not resolved informally will be submitted to the competent court or other lawful dispute resolution body in Vietnam, unless the parties agree in writing to another lawful method.

Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable right the client has under applicable consumer protection law.

18. Updates to These Terms

Da Nang Relocation Concierge Service may update these terms from time to time for operational, legal, or service reasons. Updated terms will apply to new bookings after publication, and material changes to existing active engagements should be communicated directly to affected clients. Vietnam’s consumer law prohibits clauses that let a trader unilaterally change contractual terms in a way that harms consumers without proper safeguards, so changes should not retroactively reduce rights already granted for active paid services.

19. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

20. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with the applicable proposal, invoice, package description, booking confirmation, privacy notice, and any written addendum, form the complete agreement between the parties for the relevant services.
