On a stroll down Edgeware Road on a warmish sunnyish Saturday I tried out Maroush Deli for lebanese sweets to take to the park to have with a cup of tea.
Lebanese Sweets
I asked the nice man behind the counter to pick some of his favorites for me. Very sweet and sticky and yummy. My favorite was a combination of coconut and pistachio which reminded me of Indian Barfi.
The potato shaped ones were a little too dense and sweet for me.
